1. What is the payment terms acceptable ?

Normally T/T is appreciated. L/C for old customers only.

T/T: 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

L/C at sight

2. How do I know if my order has been received?

When we get your order by mail or fax, we will sign back the PI to you by mail or fax. We'll also email you to confirm we have your order.

3.When will my order be delivered?

You'll see the estimated delivery lead time on the PI. For regular items, usually deliver within 30 days. For special items, normally 40-50 days. We will update this daily to let you know the latest situation by mail.

4. How can I check the latest prices?

We've always got special offers for you. With so many great deals, you could find that lots of products are cheaper than you thought!

5.How can I get more details about products on this website?

For more information on any products featured on this website (how to set up, what the product is made from, compatibility, after-sales service, warranties and so on), please contact us.

6. Can I add to an existing order?

You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you can't add items to the same order. If you want to buy more items, please place a new order.

7. Can I have a sample of  to check?

Sure,we can send you the samples for free,but you need to pay the freight,we can return it to you when the order is confirmed.
