1. Prepare tools
Prepare special installation tools before installation, such as measuring tape/level, woodworking pencil for drawing lines, woodworking hole opener/pistol drill for drilling, screwdriver for fixing, etc.
2. Line drawing positioning
First use the installation measuring board or woodworking pencil to mark and locate (the drilling margin is generally 5mm), and then drill a 35mm reaming cup installation hole on the door panel with a pistol drill or woodworking hole opener. The drilling depth is generally 12mm. ；
3. Fixed hinge cup (hinge product)
Put the hingesleeve into the reaming cup hole on the entry plate and fix the reaming cup with self-tapping screws;
4. Fixed base
After the hinge is inserted into the cup hole of the door panel, open the hinge, then insert and align the side panels, and fix the base with self-tapping screws;
5. Debugging effect
The last step is to open and close the cabinet door to test the effect.
The general hinges can be adjusted in six directions, aligned up and down, and the two doors are moderately left and right. The best effect of debugging the cabinet door is best. The gap after the door is closed is generally 2 mm.
