What problems should be considered in the daily use of floor drains？

1. When installing the floor drain indoors, use it to confirm that there are no other impurities in the sewer pipe, and take out the floor drain core before installation. Moreover, before installing the floor drain, if the drainage pipe is relatively close to the ground, it needs to be shortened appropriately to ensure the later use.

2. In order to ensure the overall effect of the floor drain is better, when installing the floor drain, make sure that its position is lower than the ground, but not too low, otherwise it will affect the use. If the distance between the floor drain and the ground is too far, an appropriate amount of cement mortar should be filled to ensure the effect of later use.

3. Before installing the floor drain, it is necessary to consider the later maintenance work. Therefore, when filling the cement mortar around the floor drain, the floor drain should not be installed directly, and a matching cylinder should be used on the sewer pipe, or kraft paper should temporarily block the sewer pipe to prevent the cement mortar from falling into the sewer pipe.

4. When connecting the floor drain and the sewer pipe, make it higher than the ground, then fill the mixed cement mortar into the surrounding gap, and wait until the cement mortar solidifies before putting the floor drain into the sewer pipe. If it is a floor drain for a washing machine, be sure to choose an exclusive one to prevent water leakage.
