1. Prepare the Cabinet Door
Mark the Hole Position: Measure and mark the center point for the hinge cup on the inside of the door. Standard placement is usually 3–5 inches from the top and bottom edges.
Bore the 35mm Hole: Use a 35mm Forstner bit to drill a hole approximately 11.5mm deep. Be careful not to drill all the way through the front of the door.
Install the Hinge Cup: Drop the circular hinge cup into the hole. Ensure it is square to the door edge, then secure it with the provided screws.
2. Mount the Cabinet Plate
Mark the Cabinet Side: Mark the position for the mounting plate on the inside of the cabinet frame. For standard "Full Overlay" doors, the plate is typically set back 37mm from the front edge.
Drill Pilot Holes: Drill small pilot holes to prevent the wood from splitting.
Secure the Plate: Screw the mounting plate firmly onto the cabinet side.
3. Attach and Align
Clip-On Connection: Align the hinge arm on the door with the mounting plate on the cabinet. Press the back of the hinge arm until it clicks into place.
3D Adjustment: Use the screws on the hinge arm to fine-tune the door's position:
Side-to-Side: Turn the front screw to align the gap between doors.
Height: Loosen the mounting plate screws to move the door up or down.
Depth: Use the rear screw to adjust how close the door sits to the cabinet frame.

Gentle Closing: Simply give the cabinet door a slight push; the integrated hydraulic buffer will automatically catch the door and close it silently.
Avoid Forcing: Do not manually force the door to shut faster than the soft close mechanism allows, as this can wear down the internal piston over time.
Opening Angle: Most standard models allow for an opening of 110 degrees, providing full access to your cabinet contents without straining the hardware.
2.Maintenance and Care
Periodic Inspection: Occasionally check that the clip-on mechanism is still securely snapped into the mounting plate, especially on high-traffic cabinets.
Cleaning: Wipe the hinge arm and cup with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust; avoid harsh chemical cleaners that could degrade the finish.
Re-alignment: If the doors become uneven due to house settling or heavy use, use a screwdriver to turn the 3D adjustment screws on the hinge arm to bring the doors back into perfect alignment.

Weight Distribution: Ensure items inside the cabinet do not lean against the door, which puts unnecessary pressure on the concealed hinge.
Environmental Monitoring: In humid areas like kitchens or bathrooms, check for signs of moisture and wipe dry to maintain the stainless steel performance.
1. Daily Operation (Soft-Close)
Gentle Push: You do not need to guide the door all the way shut. Simply push the door until it reaches about 20–30 degrees from the frame.
The Hydraulic Catch: At this point, the internal hydraulic damper (piston) will engage. It uses fluid pressure to catch the door and glide it to a silent, slow close.
Safety Feature: This mechanism prevents fingers from being pinched and stops the "slamming" sound that can loosen cabinet joints over time.
2. Fine-Tuning the "Look" (3D Adjustment)
If your cabinet doors look crooked or have uneven gaps, you "use" the three screws on the hinge arm to fix them:
Side Adjustment (Front Screw): Turn this to move the door left or right. Use this to align the vertical gap between two doors.
Depth Adjustment (Rear Screw): Turn this to move the door closer to or further from the cabinet frame. This fixes doors that "stick out."
Height Adjustment (Plate Screws): Loosen the screws on the mounting plate to slide the entire door up or down to match neighboring cabinets.
3. Maintenance for Long Life
Keep it Clean: Dust and kitchen grease can gum up the hydraulic piston. Wipe the hinges every 6 months with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, which can corrode the steel.
Lubrication: If the hinge starts to squeak, apply a tiny drop of silicone-based lubricant to the pivot points. Avoid WD-40, as it can attract more dust into the mechanism.
Weight Limits: Do not hang heavy items (like spice racks) on the inside of doors using these hinges unless you have verified the weight capacity, as overloading can cause the soft-close feature to fail.
