How to install furniture hinge ?

1. Determine the use requirements of cabinet doors, opening angles of 90 degrees, 135 degrees, 165 degrees, etc.;

2. Select the corresponding hinge type according to the requirements;

3. The number of furniture hinges mainly depends on the height and weight of the installed door panel. For a door panel with a height of 1500mm, about 3 hinges need to be installed.

4. The installation distance is generally determined according to the thickness of the door panel. For example, if the thickness of the door panel is 19mm, then the furniture hinge cup margin is 4mm, and the minimum door margin is 2mm.

5. Mark the position with a carpenter's pencil, make the hinge cup hole on the door panel, and determine the margin of the cup hole according to the thickness of the side panel (about 5mm);

6. The hinge is at 90 degrees to the edge of the door panel, and the wood screw is implemented well;

7. Tighten and fix the cabinet hinge on the other side in the same way, paying attention to alignment;

8. Place the hinge base perpendicular to the cabinet body, and screw the long hollow and round holes in turn with solid screws;

9. Use a Phillips screwdriver to rotate the screws in the figure below to adjust the height of the door panel;

10. Use a Phillips screwdriver to rotate the screws in the figure below to adjust the distance covered by the door and the tilt;

11. Use a Phillips screwdriver to adjust the screws in the figure below to adjust the depth direction of the door panel;

12. Install the decorative cover, and the hinge installation of the cabinet door is completed.
